Returns and Exchanges
1. Timeline: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Authorization: To process a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@zenarawoman.com to obtain a return authorization number.
3. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition. Products showing signs of wear, odors like smoke or perfume, or any damage will not be accepted for return. Such items will be promptly returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
4. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied for returns initiated after the allowed return period.
5. Return Deadline: No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
6. Sale Items: Items purchased during sale periods are considered final sales and are not eligible for return. Exchanges for sizing or color are permissible.
7. Exchange Shipping: Exchange shipping labels can be purchased here. Please note that these shipping labels are intended solely for receiving your exchange item and should not be used for returning items.
